Editing prices here only affects future orders. Past orders keep their saved prices.
How sharing works
Share this artifact's URL with friends and family. They'll see a customer ordering view and can place orders. Only people who know the PIN can switch to owner mode and edit prices, tracking, etc.
Data syncs automatically across all devices and visitors via shared storage — open it on your phone, laptop, or tablet, sign into Claude, and you'll see the same orders everywhere.
What the PIN is and isn't
The PIN is a soft gate for friends and family — it keeps casual visitors out of the owner panel. It is not serious authentication. Anyone who knows browser developer tools could bypass it. For the use case (sharing with people you trust), this is fine. Don't share the link with strangers.
For real authentication you'd need a backend server — happy to help design that if this scales beyond friends.
Customer order lookup
Customers find their own orders by entering their phone number. Anyone who knows a customer's number could look up that customer's orders and tracking. Same trust model as the PIN — fine for friends and family, wouldn't suit a public store.
Phone numbers are canonicalized (stripped of +88/spaces/dashes) so customers can type them however they like and still match.
Storage limits
Shared storage caps at about 5MB per key. A typical season of orders is well under that, but if you keep many seasons of data here it'll eventually fill up. Use Backup as JSON at the end of each season to archive old orders, then optionally clear them via the reset button below.
Reset all data — orders, varieties, and PIN. This cannot be undone. Make sure you've downloaded a backup first.
